Our core competence: Reiloy develops and produces highly wear-resistant screws and barrels for use in plastics machinery manufacture. We thereby implement proprietary processes for creating highly wear-resistant function layers:

• Powder manufacture and processing
• Centrifugal casting
• Plasma powder arc welding (PTA)
• Hot isostatic pressing (HIP)

This know-how is constantly developed further by Reiloy, especially through intensive cooperation and joint projects with manufacturers of machines and raw materials, as well as with universities and technical colleges.

Products are developed at Reiloy process-orientated. The customer requirements are visualised in 3D models on powerful CAD systems and are manufactured on the most modern machines and processing centres, with the highest possible degree of quality and flexibility.
