Equipment and capacity
We stand up to new challenges every day by consistently investing in new technologies. The production capacity of Reiloy is currently at more than 20,000 bimetal barrel blanks per year. Of that up to 5,000 barrels can be finished at lengths of up to 10 metres and bore diameters of 14 to 400 millimetres.
CNC lathe
Blanks are prepared for subsequent production stages on a 4-axis CNC lathe.
Centrifugal casting machine
This unique centrifugal casting machine automatically provides barrel blanks up to 6 metres long and with a weight of up to 8 tonnes with a wear-protection layer according to customer specifications.
CNC honing machine
Our CNC honing machine combines a sophisticated measurement and control unit with a powerful drive. It delivers maximum milling performance with accurate dimensioning.
Lathe / milling centre
From blank to finished with only two clampings - our complete processing centre ensures optimum quality and fast production cycles.
