Reiloy has its own research and development facilities with highly qualified staff. Our innovation focuses on the design and optimisation of armour alloys, as well as on methods for the application of such alloys.
R&D Laboratory
Its extensively equipped R&D laboratory enables Reiloy to immediately verify results and conduct comparative research.
Powder atomisation system
Our powder atomisation system enables us to flexibly adapt alloys during the development stage. Newly developed alloys are processed into layers and tested on existing production equipment. This enables a smooth transition to serial production.

Reiloy research and development cooperates with a number of academic institutions:

These partnerships realise both complete and partial R&D projects. We also offer cooperation for diploma theses and student research papers.
Furthermore, Reiloy works intensively with various expert panels and associated project committees. Our experts also participate actively in specialist conferences and seminars.
