Reiloy is equipped with its own powder atomisation plant for manufacturing high-alloy metal powders.

In combination with a modern materials laboratory Reiloy can thereby offer everything from a single source:

• Materials development
• Manufacture of the wear resistance alloys in powder form
• Processing the powders by coating techniques, partially self-developed

We are thereby able to continuously improve our highly wear-resistant screws and barrels. And to meet the needs of our customers in the future as well.
